It’s that time of year again, the infamous New York Comedy Festival is right around the corner with 150 comedians performing at more than 10 venues around the city. The festival has been growing in popularity since it’s inception in 2004 and has been host to the world’s funniest and most respected standup comedians including Dane Cook, Mike Epps, Tracy Morgan, Artie Lange and Ricky Gervais – just to name a few. They’ve brought on co production partners Comedy Central, The Huffington Post and Caroline’s Comedy Club located at the city’s theatre Mecca, Times Square.

Penn and Teller Magic Comedy

If you are looking to find some of the best entertainment around, then you are going to want to go and book a trip to Las Vegas so you can see Penn and Teller perform live on stage.

These are some of the most entertaining magicians around and they are able to keep you interested with their comedy as well as their magic. They perform some of the best shows and you are able to go and see them almost every night at their own theater in the Rio Hotel. They do tricks that will dazzle and amaze all while making you laugh.

Comedian George Lopez

Not only can you see George Lopez live every night on his talk show, but also you can see him every night in reruns of his sitcom on a variety of networks. The thing is you just do not get the full experience of George Lopez without actually seeing him live and in person.

Well you have the chance to do so as he will be performing for 3 days in Rosemont, Illinois. He will be there October 22, 23 and 24 performing live. There you will be able to get the full effect and see some of the stuff you would never get from television.

If you are a fan of Chelsea Handler and her show Chelsea Lately then you will love to see her perform live on stage. She is just as funny and exciting on person as she is on TV. She is able to keep her audiences interested with her up to date comedy and her shows are always changing as she sees and creates new material either from her show or from what she sees.

She is more than willing to make you laugh and is not afraid to make fun of anyone. So if you want to see her catch her on her latest tour from October to January where she will be coming to many major cities and will even be making a stop in Hawaii.

If you are someone who feels as though there are some things that need to be fixed with the leadership in our country, then you will want to take the time to listen to some of the comedy of Lewis Black.

He is a comedian that is not afraid to speak his mind and is more than willing to tell you how he really feels about what is going on in our country. You will discover that he is not shy about his political stance. As a result it is likely you will either love or hate his comedy. It is up to you to decide if you want to put up with his sarcasm or not.

If you do you can see him touring the country from October to December in New York, New Jersey and Nevada among other places.

Even though Howie Mandel has been performing on stage since 1979 and has been in a number of television shows and movies, he is still all over the place performing.

Despite hosting the show Deal or No Deal on NBC, Howie is still bringing his fun and original comedy to the stage. You can find him performing at a number of different places and he actually has a tour that will be starting September 24 and going all the way to January 2. He will be hitting sites in Arizona, Englewood, Florida and San Diego among other spots. So go out there and catch him if you can.

Everyone has heard of the comedians Cheech and Chong. They were one of the more popular comedy duos of the late 70’s and 80’s and the two of them made quite a hit with all of their bits and movies involving what happens when you involve drugs. They took a very different approach to what life is like to be high and they are still out there performing on the stage if you are interested to see what they have going.

Even after both have had careers in prime time television and gone on to other careers. They are back together performing on stage from September through November hitting venues all over the country as their comedic and fun loving selves.

One of the most popular comedians of the 1980’s is still out there and performing for all to see. He has been doing standup comedy since he was discovered by Ed McMahon on Star Search well over 20 years ago and is still hitting the stage on a regular basis even today. He has been doing many things in the time he was found through today. He has appeared in multiple sitcoms as well as appearing in movies, but his true love and life calling is in stand up. He will be performing in Utah on September and will travel all over the country bringing his comedy with him all the way to December 18. Catch Sinbad if you can you’ll have plenty of laughs!

Everyone still remembers and talks about Seinfeld. This is one of the most successful and popular shows to ever hit television and the person behind it all is still going strong even today. Jerry Seinfeld is still putting out shows for everyone come and see as he continues to tour with his stand up comedy for many to watch and see.

He still has shows scheduled throughout the year and all over the country starting in September and going all the way through December. He is still providing his same deadpan method and is still making the crowds roll in the aisles with his unique and fun look at the world.
